So that the missing album art might relate to some wrong/outdated references in the Library?īefore I finally re-installed MMA from scratch, I also removed Double Twist and all its folders. For Azure AD Connect deployment with version 1.1.749.0 or higher, use the troubleshooting task in the wizard to troubleshoot object syncing issues. Maybe, MMA first scanned the whole SD-Card, found the Dowble Twist music folder and added these entries to the Library. Well, I also found the MMA library did show songs twice: One version from the Double Twist music folder synced from iTunes, one version from the /Music folder on my SD-Card. And although that issue did not exist in MMW, syncing again did not resolve the issue, unlesss I deleted an album on MMA and sync'ed again. But the album art was not shown in MMA when browsing albums. Album art was stored in the ID3 tag of each individual song of an album and displayed when the song was played. Some bad feeling remains that MMA did not show the album art, although it was there. I was not able to see a difference in the sync options for the tablet and the phone. However, on my phone, I see the imported playlists, but all are empty! Why? What's the issue? How to fix this? These imported playlists are completely fine on my tablet. (2) I have exported my playlists from iTunes and imported these into MMW. What's the issue? How can I fix this? If of course want the album art to be shown on my phone. However, when I check the songs of such an album, the songs are display with album art, e.g. But on my phone, many, many albums (about 50%) are display without album art. When I display Albums in MMW or MMA on my tablet, I see all the albums with album art. (1) Almost all of my music files got album art, usually in the mp3 tag. So I decided to drop all music (about 30 GB) from the SD card in my Android phone (Motorola G6 / running Android 9), installed MMA (Version 1.) and sync'ed it. I install MMA (Version 1.) and got all music sync'ed to it. I then tried to sync all my music with my Android Tablet (Lenovo Tab4 10) running Android 7.1.1. Also, the way how an Album is defined is different in MediaMonkey, so I had to fix all this as well. I noticed a lot of albums did not have the album art anymore. I copied all my iTunes music files into a separate folder on my PC and started to do a clean up-using MMW (Version 4.). However, it finally failed to sync my playlists and as Apple might vanish iTunes anyhow, I was looking for new program to replace iTunes. I thus was looking for a tool to sync my Android phone with iTunes and found DoubleTwist. I used an iPod with iTunes for years until the iPod got defect.
